Shipping Policy

 

1. Order Window

  • Orders are accepted from Thursday through Monday each week.
  • The last day to place an order is Monday at 11:59 PM.

2. Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are shipped on Wednesday only.
  • Shipping times depend on your location and typically take 1–3 business days after shipping.

3. Responsibility Disclaimer

The Sweet Spot Bakery is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products. However, we will not be responsible for:

  • Lost Packages: Once your order is shipped and tracking information is provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues.
  • Shipping Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Spoiled or Melted Products: We package items to maintain freshness during transit, but we are not responsible for spoilage or melting caused by delays or failure to promptly unpack upon delivery.
  • Damaged Packages: While we take care to package your items securely, we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier directly.

4. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

  • Orders that are refused or left unclaimed will not be refunded. Reshipping fees for perishable goods are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Seasonal or Holiday Delays

  • During busy seasons, such as holidays, shipping delays are common. We encourage you to place orders early. The Sweet Spot Bakery is not responsible for delays during these periods.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless there is a confirmed error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

7. Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order using the provided tracking information and to retrieve and store the package appropriately upon delivery.
