Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on baked goods. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong items or if your order is incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it appropriately.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot provide refunds for:
- Orders where no issue is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Products that were mishandled after delivery.
- Custom orders or special requests (unless there is a quality or fulfillment issue).
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
